If you have lost or forgotten your password, you will need to reset it.
- Click here to open our Account Portal.
- Click forgot password.
- Type the email address associated with your CleanBuff account.
- Click Continue.
- You will receive an email containing a code.
- Please check your Spam/Junk folder in case you don't see the Password reset email in your main Inbox.
- Enter the code and click Submit.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click on Confirm new password.
